Taicang Hongrui Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd. was founded in 2000.
In 2000, we established our first texturing factory in Huangjing, a national texturing base. What is Microfiber?
A "micro" fiber is yarn that is finer than natural fibers at about 1/20th the fineness of silk and nearly 1/200th of human hair. The ProcessDuring spinning, these materials are conjugated to form silks. They are then spun into yarns containing 96 filaments of 150 Denier diameter (150D/96F) that arewoven into textiles. After weaving, the material undergoes a heat and texturizing process which splits the polyester and polyamide components fiber into 16 ultra-thin filaments. The final fibers have maximum surface area, an angular shape, and micropores between every fiber. ApplicationsMicrofibers have a wide variety of applications, from towels and home linens, cleaning surfaces and car detailing, to athletic apparel, and more.Combination microfiber has excellent absorption ability. The fibers absorb dust and grease particles, leaving a clean and dry surface. The microfiber is also easy to clean and dries quickly. It is a superior material to use for cleaning and performance-based products.
